澳洲 cafe巡り

The history of coffee in Australia doesn’t go as far back as in Italy (coffee was actually bought into Australia after WWII). However, the coffee culture in Australia has developed rapidly into their unique scenes. More than 95% of the cafes are independent speciality coffee shops with focus on the origin of beans and the methods of brewing. (when this new coffee movement of speciality coffee is relatively uncommon in Italy).

“Flat White” (aka my all time favourite coffee) is the symbolic beverage best made for Aussie cafe. It isn’t as milky as latte and without the froth of cappuccino. While Australians always serve Flat white with one espresso shot, it tends to be double shots in New Zealand. When Aussie coffee are served with food, you can always count on finding healthy and delicious food options on the menu (avocado toast of course!) A handful of Aussie cafes only focus on coffee and there is no food served (Artificer coffee, Sydney). Finally, I really enjoyed how pretty the cafe setting are! (Everything looks so instagrammable!) So, here are my favourite cafes for an authentic cup of flat white in Australia! (Find my top 5 must visit recommendations below!)

雖然澳洲的咖啡歷史遠不給意大利（澳洲的咖啡文化其實是意大利於二戰後引入的），但是咖啡在澳洲迅速普及並發展其獨一無二的咖啡文化。在澳洲喝咖啡，總括來說，就是隨意在街上逛就會找到優質的咖啡，有不同特色的咖啡店，亦有供應來至不同烘焙商的豆子。咖啡店也大多有設計感，有摩登的（Industry beans, Melboune）簡約的（Acoffee, Melboune ）也有揉合歷史改造而成的（The kettle black, Melboune），目不暇給，各形各色。 在這裡為大家提供一些fov喜歡的澳洲咖啡店吧!
